L.I.F.T
(Low Impact Functional Training)
This 60 minute class will focus on strength training, core stabilization, and interval aerobic conditioning. Our focus here is not 1 RM PRs, rather good movement, development the core to sustain our midline in everyday activities, and build an aerobic threshold that allows us to participate in the activities we enjoy outside of the gym.

Olympic Lifting
Our Oly class focuses on technique work, strength, and accessory strength pieces. We run through a cycle of a specific lift, each week a new progression, building on what we did the previous week. More reps, spend time under tension, and hit lifting positions, all things we believe is key to a successful lift.

Gymnastics Class
Whether you are working on a bar muscle up or trying to get your first pull up, we can help you work on various progressions for success. Shapes, midline stability, core strength, power output, and so much, we cover it all. Gymnastics has much to do about body awareness, strength, and muscular endurance and we will build a program that improves all areas necessary to improve your gymnastics skills.

Summer Teen Program (Begins June 5th)
Our 90 minute session will focus primarily on improving overall strength & agility. We safely follow a strength program for back squats, deadlift, pressing, and power cleans. fundamental mechanics & movement is a high priority to which continuously watch & help athletes improve upon. Agility work will focus on the ability to start, start, & move laterally with speed. Membership covers all 3 days each week.
